Answered by Honest John. There is no DPF regeneration signal on anything. No car has one. They should have and it would be easy to rig via a heat sensor, but manufacturers choose not to fit them because it reminds drivers of an inconvenience of owning a diesel. I have a Renault Koleos which is the same vehicle with a different body.

2020 2500 SO frequent DPF regenerations. Over the past 6 weeks, my 2020 Ram 2500 tradesman Cummins standard output engine is going into Regen every 30-60 miles. Truck has been to the dealer several times. They have replaced air filter, ccv, done the CP4 to CP3 pump swap, serviced the DEF system, etc. Truck has 34k miles, this started happening
The first two indicators mean that the engine control module has detected soot buildup in the DPF and is initiating a regeneration process. Don’t shut off the engine until the lights clear. The third symbol shows a failed regeneration attempt, and the fourth asks for immediate intervention. In both cases, you would need to do parked regens.
This restriction, plus added EGR, plus post-injection events, make up the active regen. All or any can be applied at any particular time and they do make the engine feel a but "boggy", especially as the throttle takes a moment to motor open when you stab the go-pedal. Driving hard will heat the DPF sufficiently that passive regeneration will occur.
